You are using a demo account. Demo accounts are automatically purged within approximately 2 days of creation (deletion runs daily; actual purge time may be up to 24 hours after the 2-day mark depending on when the daily job runs). No real payment is processed and AI features are locked in the demo. If you want a real account, visit live.stokemark.com.

1. The Demo

By using the Stokemark demo you agree to these Demo Terms. The demo is a preview of the Stokemark service available in two modes: (A) an instant anonymous session requiring no email or password, or (B) a demo-email account requiring a verified email address. Both modes are temporary and auto-purged within 2 days. No real payment is processed in either demo mode.

The demo is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the demo, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. The demo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

2. What the Demo Includes and Excludes

The demo includes: hour logging, vitals, habits, goals, weekly review, journaling, and affirmations — with pre-loaded sample data. Available in two modes: (A) instant anonymous session (no sign-up required) and (B) demo-email account (email + password + verification, same demo experience, also purged after 2 days).

The demo excludes:

AI features (Dan’s Verdict): locked. No data is sent to Anthropic from demo sessions.
Real payment / billing: the demo does not process real charges or collect real payment information. The billing flow uses Stripe test mode — if you complete checkout, use the test card shown (4242 4242 4242 4242). No real card is charged. Stripe’s test environment still processes the session and creates a test customer record; see stripe.com/privacy for Stripe’s data practices.
Persistent accounts: demo sessions are automatically purged within approximately 2 days of creation (deletion runs daily; actual purge time may be up to 24 hours after the 2-day mark depending on when the daily job runs). Your demo data is not recoverable after deletion.

3. Data and Deletion

Demo accounts and all associated data are automatically purged within approximately 2 days of account creation (deletion runs daily; actual purge time may be up to 24 hours after the 2-day mark depending on when the daily job runs). For demo-email accounts (entry B), your email address and display name are also deleted at the 2-day purge. Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) processes server request logs including IP addresses as part of standard operations. See the Demo Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the demo only for lawful evaluation purposes. You may not:

Attempt to access another user’s data.
Use automated bots or scrapers.
Attempt to circumvent the 2-day auto-deletion.
Use the demo to violate any applicable law.

5. No Warranties

THE DEMO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DEMO WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE DEMO IS PROVIDED FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE UNAFFECTED.

These Demo Terms are governed by the same law as the full Terms of Service — North Carolina, USA.
